HIGH POINT, N.C.(WGHP)-Newly released documents from the High Point Police Department indicate a “conflict of interest” that caused the department to hand over a shooting death investigation of a High Point man.
The 32-year old victim, whose name was Hasson Williams was found shot in the head at his department along Ridebrooke Drive.
